BOARD MEETING MINUTES, July 24, 2022

Attendees: Jerry Misiewicz, President; Lou Wiggins, Vice President; Tim Reicks,
Treasurer; Teresa Dilts, Co-Secretary; Shelley Dartman, Co-Secretary

1. Call meeting to order
   Meeting called to order at 2:05 pm by Jerry Misiewicz
2. Annual Meeting–Discussion as to when to schedule.
   Meeting has been scheduled for September 25 at the Plattsmouth Community
   Senior Center.
3. Status of dues-Tim Reicks
   Annual assessments of $400 are due October 1 with a grace period to November 1 at
   which time a late fee will be assessed.
   New Business
4. New signs are needed for the gate to our private road.
5. Discussions for annual meeting:
   Jerry Misiewicz moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:59 pm, hearing no objections, the meeting was declared adjourned.
