Agenda for Annual Meeting of the Members for Block 27, Buccaneer Bay SBLLOA, Inc
September 25, 2022
Plattsmouth Community Senior Center
308 S 18th St, Plattsmouth, NE 68048
The meeting will be held at the upper level of the community center. There are approximately 50 spaces at the top parking lot and along the side. If the 50 spaces are filled, you can park on the lower level and enter at the lower door and take the steps to the top of the stairs.
Check-in at 1:30 pm
Start time 1:45 pm

- Call meeting to order
Meeting called to order at 2:05 pm by Jerry Misiewicz - Annual Meeting–Discussion as to when to schedule.
Meeting has been scheduled for September 25 at the Plattsmouth Community
Senior Center. - Status of dues-Tim Reicks
Annual assessments of $400 are due October 1 with a grace period to November 1 at
which time a late fee will be assessed.
New Business - New signs are needed for the gate to our private road.
- Discussions for annual meeting:
Jerry Misiewicz moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:59 pm, hearing no objections, the meeting was declared adjourned.

Lou Wiggins called meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
Discussed projects for next year. Estimated budget $29,000.00
WOJO Outdoors will provide a bid for servicing the Aerator.
Annual meeting is scheduled for September 12 @ 12:45 p.m. at The Hop Yard 18003 Club View Drive, Plattsmouth, NE 68048
Lou Wiggins made a motion to have an arborist to access the trees on the Common ground.

March 18, 2021
Board Members Present: Lou Wiggins, Tim Riecks, Bob Cope & Jay Smedlund
Lou Wiggins called meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.
Tim Riekes presented the Treasures report and discussed the budget. Current Balance is $29,529.58. With current approved projects leaves a balance of approximately $9000.00
Jimmy Abrahms with the Lake & Grounds Committee gave an update and the progress of the silt ponds & cleaning up the areas around the silt ponds & what is required to finish to help control the run off of water during a rain event.
Lou Wiggins made a motion to allow Jimmy finish what was started on the silt ponds and surrounding area. All attending Board Members agreed.

Lou Wiggins called meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Discussed bids for ground maintenance for mowing of common ground & walking trail. Bids were submitted by Ground Effects, Wojo’s Outdoors & Custom Waterfronts. Unanimous for awarding Wojo’s Outdoors the contract for 2021 mowing and maintenance
The trail is in need of mulch or low growing grass – Bob Cope will check with an Agronimist to find out options and possible solutions.
Covenants: We have several residents that are in violation of our covenants, ie: Campers, Trashcans, ect
Lake & Grounds Committee budget presented by Jimmy Abrahms, all approve.
